LinkRush Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkRush marketplace (the "Service"). By creating an account or interacting with the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and by any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

  1. Eligibility & Accounts

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

  2. Platform Usage

    Use LinkRush only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, or use automated tools that could degrade performance for other users.

  3. Orders & Payments

    All transactions are subject to the pricing, fees, and cancellation policies presented at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and for ensuring the accuracy of order details before submission.

  4. Intellectual Property

    All content and materials provided through the service remain the property of their respective owners. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce proprietary assets without prior permission.

  5. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users. You may close your account at any time; certain obligations (such as outstanding payments) will survive closure.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. If the changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
